FAQs

Q: What exhibit I and D services do you offer?

A: We provide shipping, installation and dismantling, show paperwork completion, supervision, and post-show inspection of your trade show exhibit properties.

Listed below are more details on our trade show installation and dismantling services:

  • Freight forwarding services offered at prices that are usually lower than traditional exhibit houses
  • Exhibit installation and dismantling of your exhibit by qualified professionals
  • Completion of show forms and paperwork to save you time and ensure the forms are completed correctly to avoid miscommunication in setting up your exhibit on the show floor

Q: Can you provide installation and dismantling services at our shows in both the U.S. and other countries?

A: Our partner network allows us to provide the same services to you almost anywhere you exhibit.

Ten Exhibit Installation Tips

  1. Receive complete installation instructions at least 5 days in advance by e-mail if you are assembling an exhibit that someone else built so you can study the instructions and anticipate problems and special needs.
  2. Exchange both cell phone and back-up phone numbers for each person on your work crew so you can find them and they can find you.
  3. Furnish both printed directions and a digital GPS address to each person on the work crews so they can find the work location.
  4. Create a back-up labor plan in case you need additional personnel to complete the installation.
  5. Scout the locations of nearby home improvement stores in advance and note their store hours in case you need to purchase more supplies or tools.
  6. Have portable and battery-powered lighting available for insufficient lighting situations, but especially for outdoor installations and dismantles.
  7. Have additional hard hats and safety vests available to accommodate extra work personnel or onlookers on the work site.
  8. Ensure orange safety cones and plastic barrier tape are available to mark off work areas.
  9. Designate an additional person on staff to ensure that onlookers stay clear of the work area when the work project is in a public area, regardless of whether it increases costs.
  10. Provide food and beverages for your work crew on the work site so they don't have to leave to get something to eat and drink.
